岛上的酒店配套设施和豪华程度都一般，性价比还是可以的，但是酒店在景区内，进去还要交景区门票，这点让人不爽，酒店设施比较旧了，服务也不够专业，期待有改进

我们一大家人出行，温度好高，9点钟一个房间空调坏了，找酒店，服务员态度奇差，要求换房，不干，说叫师傅修，一直等小孩子热得睡不着，我们只好跟在服务员屁股后面转，坐等师傅来修，半夜四点，我房间的空调又自己停了，忍着到天亮，没见过这么差的服务，有房不给，我一再强调不是住一晚，我订了2晚，2间房，这个鬼艺龙上不许取消，这个和桂圆酒店同一家，名字不一样而已，隔音也差，整个晚上都是声音，服务员直接走廊煮饭吃，这算是开眼了，根本不叫酒店，只能是民宿，星期六晚上的房费一间300多，服务对不起这个价

酒店卫生一般，住的2房1厅1004元（同程优惠购），1房是海景双床房。防臭隔音不行。下雨天，整晚听到外面落雨声。有个厕所浴室玻璃门坏，无法关，地漏不行，臭气涌上来了。唯一优点:近海滩，一下楼就是海边。

定的两室一厅的房间，带父母孩子一起住够大，对面就可以看到大海，楼下的餐厅海鲜不错价格也可以，如果是住店的客人还可以打九折，唯一不足的就是房间空调不是很凉爽！

酒店环境很不错，干净整洁，而且很靠近海边，一出门就能见到海，餐厅晚上还有驻唱，气氛十分热闹，酒店服务员的服务态度很好，有问必答，十分耐心，给你比心心哦
