首先这个华美达并不是我们认为的华美达，而是本地冒牌货，同时此酒店前台几个女的，感觉很不专业，即不穿工服上班，又不笑脸想迎，一个个感觉刚毕业的女生，还一起在那吃雪糕笑嘻嘻的，此番行程让我对同程产生了质疑，我应该再也不会在同程上订购酒店。我是预付了款在网上，但是我要求前台帮我开发票，她们一口回绝死都不让一步的嘴脸让我觉得失望，同时就算不开发票，住宿清单总要的吧，可惜还是不行，所以这次我全差评，体验非常之差。
