本来，当老板娘跟我说，好多小年轻住了房间，到期不愿意退房，还不给开门，我预订的房间没了，没办法，只能给换个双人房但不会加价。其实都无所谓，因为考试嘛，有个地方落脚，可以洗漱就够了。但进入后，才发现，那间看起来赚到的房间，空调是坏的，厕所下水道退水很慢很慢，桌子灯也是坏的。也无所谓，一晚而已嘛，忍一忍就过去了。最后得表扬一下女客服，态度很好，也尽可能协调问题，最后给我拿来了风扇，虽然是我强烈要求的，但在态度上并没有表现不满，这一点做的就很好，那口气也就顺了很多
