感谢一下。我前些天入住这个酒店一晚，退房时把羽绒服遗忘了酒店，他们将羽绒服原样寄给我，而且兜里的苹果耳机也还在，非常感谢这家酒店。同时对本人粗心给酒店添麻烦表示抱歉。
