这里的服务表面功夫做得很到位，但实质性极其差，可以说是，只要它能不多为客户做的，一定很坚决不做并给出合理解释，只要对它有用，它或者有机会都会做。今天赶中午一点的车，问能否稍微晚半小时，被拒绝。12点准时下来退房。但漏了衣服在房间，被告知没人手，一时半会没人送。我出去吃了点东西，半个多小时后，依然是一时半会没人手，得自己上去拿，我无话可说。更可爱的是，之前的发票找不到了，商量可否补开，但告知的是，发票不可以补开，但假如你丢了，我们财务要把发票作废。在广东地区，今时今日这样的服务，发生在今年口碑颇好的丽枫，还是比较意外！
