本来订好了三间房，一间双人房，两间豪华海景单人房，都已经收到信息确认了，但到酒店后，酒店说同程给我退了两间豪华海景单人房。打电话问同程，又说酒店已经满房，那满房了又怎么发确认信息给我呢！没办法，只能另外付钱要两间了，价格又贵了。不知道是酒店黑还是同程有问题了。
