服务未跟得上，山泉泳池救生员服务差，没到时间提早赶人，岸上没水冲洗脚，无奈直接把沙子带上～房间，其余的都不错，早餐好，环境好！

酒店房间的装修和设施环境很好，可给4到5星，阳台风景不错，面山还可看到沙滩，停车位很多，房价稍贵，除此外很满意。

因为经常去新会住酒店，所以对蓬江新会附近的酒店都算有点了解。龙泉是一直都有留意的，以前住旧的，这次就试试住住新的，红包后还要五百多最便宜的房间，在新会来说确实不便宜了，家庭客选择龙泉为的就是避暑游泳度假吧，但是这次住店后我觉得是失望的。以下问题希望能得到管理层重视，毕竟龙泉发展那么久那么大不容易啊，好好珍惜。诚然，龙胜楼的硬件是很好的，但是管理服务意识跟不上是很大问题。一是大堂门前通行无序，车辆长时间停放且左右同行产生安全问题，保安和门童配备不足；二是前台工作忙乱，几个人都忙不过来那种，而且哪里有房的信息都要靠口头传送，旅客等候时间太长了，试问哪有前台是服务员坐着，旅客站着办理手续的呢？三是客房的卫生有待加强，卫生间还就有头发什么的。再次重申，我觉得这些问题不是说员工问题，而是在于管理没到位。

环境非常不错，群山环绕，空气清新，还有带沙滩的游泳池，适合带孩子在夏天去玩，就是房间设施一般！
