房间正对着东湖公园，拉开窗帘，满目葱郁。房间很大，设施也还齐全，只是套房里不见一株绿植，未免少了点温馨，而布置就显得过于刻板。

酒店隔音极差，外面马路车水马龙整晚都能够听到，地面没有铺地毯，楼上一吵声音听得清清楚楚。在前台登记时，服务员已经关照特地给了11楼的房间我们，但是晚上睡觉的时候，四楼的卡拉ok的声音一直传上来11楼！！！！！！！就像在你床边唱歌似的…………以上是我父母入住后反馈的意见，希望酒店能够改进。Anyway ，一分钱一分货，这样的地理位置，这样的价钱，算是这样了。

整体环境还不错，房间还保持的不错，干净整洁，以前入住过一次，当时的床垫很硬，每天都睡不好，以为这次换了房间，床垫不算太硬，适中的，但床被太硬了，盖着很不舒服，又是一次没睡好觉。希望能改善吧！

感觉，五星级还是欠缺了一点。地理位置虽说在东湖公园对面，但是附近除了一间超市，也没啥好逛的。后来坐车才发现哪里人多，哪里比较繁华。然后服务，感觉一般，除了拿房退房，也不大需要什么服务呀！然后老牌五星，设施有点旧了，不过价钱摆在这里，还可以吧。早餐，味道一般，品种也不是很多。其实，还是可以去住一住，
