酒店环境、房间设施设备用品、接待服务等各方面都很好。但就是没有自助早餐，给了每人20元的代金券，喝早茶用的，但菜品又贵、人又多要等位，餐厅服务员的态度又差，于是跑到附近其他酒楼去吃了。浪费了20元的代金券，相当于房间不含早餐啦。

很差，早餐点了菜，等了一个半小时还没上齐。入住时用信用卡预授权，退房时，前台说我们可以了，会自动扣钱。走了几步，想想不对，回去叫她打预授权完成单，这的前台才说我们打烂了水杯，要扣钱。🔥火起去房间核对，那水杯裂了，但那水杯我们根本没用，我们用的是另一个。而且为何退房时不说，如果我不回去要打单，就直接扣了。餐厅服务主管态度极差。

他们家的山景房居然就在一个地下ktv的楼上，直到凌晨2点30都在咚咚咚，声音很大，老人小孩一夜未眠！
