前台的员工不懂得如何服务顾客。就拿早上预订出租车说起吧，酒店位置好，但是出租车少且上班时间晚，我们提前一晚要求前台帮忙预订7点的出租车去轻轨站，答应了没有回复。直至出发当日早餐前后再次要求帮忙预订，没有成功，竟然冷漠的回答出租车公司不是我们的，所以会让游客的我认为是住客的责任而不是酒店的，最后我自己虽然联系了滴滴司机，但是最终错过了早7:42回广州的轻轨，迟迟在车站等了近1个半小时，坐上了9点的车。因为当日近中午要回上海。这次酒店之行很不愉快。
