因为我老伴是新会人，所以一年都会回新会几次，圭峰大酒店通常是我们的首选。不过这次回来，因为适逢寒潮到来，我们已经是70多岁的老人，大床的被比较薄，打开柜子看备用被，不是叠摺得很好地放着，而是像有人用过后随便塞回去，乱糟糟的。于是请前台让服务员送过一张来。不久服务员送了一张过来，扔在床上就走了，还说跟柜子里的是一样的，但老伴看到那只是被芯，于是叫她再送过被套来，她才倒回去仓库再拿被套来。这样的服务表情有点令人那个。不过酒店的其它方面还是不错的，下次回来还会选这里。

酒店干净舒适，房间很大，顶楼有个旋转餐厅，环境和味道都不错。酒店离圭峰山、小鸟天堂都很近，出行方便，总体感觉满意。只是毛巾有些旧，如能改进就更好。
