这是最烂的一家酒店前台！最烂的酒店，大家千万谨慎！我常去那边已经不是第一次住那家酒店，平时服务一般也算了，这次在明知道烂的房间还给客人住的事让我没有办法忍受了！
原因请看以下对话和图片！
办理时听到：
前台问对讲机：A号房可以吗？
客房对讲机：A房很烂的哦！
…………
因C房还没清洁完，我与前台发生如下对话。
前台：那就安排A号房吧！
我：刚刚你们客服服务员在对讲机上讲A号房很烂？
前台：给你就是可以住的！
前台又去问客服对讲机A号房和B号房你告诉我哪个比较好？问完又直接给我A号房！
我：里面的设施真的没问题？
前台：给你住的就可以的！
我：里面的设施有问题是不你负责？
前台：（没有任何回复）
中途，还不停跟像新来的同事一直说，定什么房就给什么房！
我定的是蜜月大床房？难道这个房间就是烂房间？中间随便给我一张空白纸让我签名办入住，房间里厕所没放厕纸（只有客厅有），睡个午觉楼上不停在装修这些小事我已懒得说了！图片就是房间内的实景图，我非常后悔预定，下午真的忍受不了直接走了！

位于大雁山脚下，近邻高速出口。因为第二天需要继续走高速，所以选的这家酒店。装修气派，但是入住率不高，设施有点旧，洗面台水龙头居然无热水。床垫软硬适中，还算舒服。早餐很普通，面包不新鲜。
