可能是因为跨年的原因吧。我是凌晨3点多入住的。前台还是特别忙！服务忙的跟不上了吧。打电话去前台借冲电器没人接。可能太忙，这个能理解。不过房价这么高，服务应该跟上才对吧？？住的是23楼观景不错，房间有浴缸。隔音也挺好的。
