房间没有暖气，在晚上10度以下的天气，没有暖气怎么过。后来前台告诉我说是有，卧房里有一点，客厅没有，走出到走廊比房间还暖和。
小孩落下一件衣服客房居然也不给电话通知(登记是是有留联系电话的.)。
