这是第二次去住了，第一次去感觉里面很有特色，准备再带儿子体验一下军事风，我们因为知道这里是下午2:00入住，12:00退房，事先在携程网上预定了房间，我们是2:40分左右到达宾馆，却被告知房子正在打扫，我们并询问客人不是12:00退房吗？得到的答案却是今天人多，就再等个10几分钟就行了，天很热，我们本着好心情来旅游就算了，结果第二天11:40，服务台就打电话来催我们退房，我就跟她说明情况，我们稍微迟半个小时下来，她们很强硬的说宾馆规定12:00退房，实在是不愿太多纠缠，在办理退房是，服务台的态度是非常的冷漠，真让人无法理解，也是很气愤的一次住宿，以后是肯定不会再来了，酒店不能让我们准时入住就应该态度诚恳，而不是推诿，让我们及时退房，也该态度诚恳，而不是搬规章制度，搬石头砸自己的脚，这个酒店还是不错的，但服务意识有待加强！
