在艺龙上订好了，钱也付了，18:49也收到预定成功确认了，20:05到酒店前台，女服务员长相欠缺点与宾馆档次实在不相称也罢了，关键是睁眼说瞎话，在两次电话艺龙都确认的情况下，非坚持说没收到预定，争执拖延了二十多分钟，一位好像是领班去低声说了几句，就随即称已收到、可以办手续了，办完手续后弱弱的说了一句:刚才收是收到了，只是希望你们取消网上的定单，直接开房，免得被艺龙收手续费！！！唉！堂堂大华西村的标志性五星级酒店！唉！！！唉唉唉呀呀！！！
