很便捷，比直接去前台办理便宜了一百多，酒店服务也不错，我到酒店时同程信息还没有过去，酒店帮我办理了，说超过晚上十二点没有收到信息就按原价收，我到房间后联系了同程，半小时内就处理了，非常满意
