  存在明显问题。 隔音问题严重 酒店房间的隔音效果极差，隔壁房间关门时产生的“咣当”声直接传入我们房间，多次被突然的声响惊醒，严重影响休息质量。对于需要安静环境的客人来説，这种隔音缺陷实在难以接受。 服务人员不专业 入住时，办理手续过程中显得不够专注，缺乏应有的热情和效率。更令人不满的是，我们被告知次日早餐为“双早”（双人早餐），且反覆确认。但实际用餐时却被要求付费，理由是早餐为“单早”。这一讯息变更未得到任何通知和事后解释，导致我们遭遇尴尬和不便。更糟糕的是，早餐服务人员态度冷淡，甚至带有阴阳怪气的语气，进一步加剧了负面体验。 整体评价 尽管酒店其他方面（如衞生、设施）可能达标，但隔音差和服务不专业的问题严重影响了入住体验。希望酒店能重视这些问题，改进隔音设施，加强员工培训，提升服务质量和沟通透明度，以避免类似情况再次发生。

  近十年回江阴，敔山嘉荷酒店是首选，环境倚山傍水，比较安静，酒店装修设施比较雅致，低调的奢华，房间设施齐全，乾湿分离，早歺比较丰盛，还有室内游泳池，这次还免费升级了湖景房，携程积分还抵扣了现金。因多次入住，忘了拍照了，强烈推荐

  其它没啥，就是房间里的水果有一个烂了。服务嘛，没发现啥不好的，除了入住与退房也没啥接触。早餐这个价位来説还算丰盛。
