酒店环境还好，是两层的窗户噢！厕所超大，还有个过厅和大窗户，🛁和淋浴房都有。走时东西忘拿了，酒店还向同程反馈让我们记得到前台去取，👍。

房间环境设施还是不错的。但艺龙上定的都是西楼临街房间。如果对安静要求高的就有点痛苦了。洗手间的洗脸池小，水花溅得到处都是。小孩都看到还有没有清理干净的头发。这个跟江宾的定位还是不相称。

短期内第二次入住，这次没上次感觉好，第一房间电脑是坏的，安排人来看，说是没修好，那就是入住之前就是坏的，那为什么还把这种房间安排给客人住，很不好。第二结帐的时候说我们用了酒店自费的东西，但我们确实没用，很可能是上个客人用了，他们没发现，我们住的时候就认为是我们用的，最后经主管处理才没有收费，管理混乱。

差评！差评！……房间的吹风机本来就没有套子，退房的时候硬说没套子要赔，还硬说他们一定是放了的。
一个吹风机的套子至于要拿走吗？有病吗？一个星级酒店居然能出现这种事，故意宰客！！！
