酒店的硬件和软件都很棒，今年已经四次入住了。
昨天（大年初一）晚上，老公酒醉得厉害，我到前台寻求帮助。值班经理小吴及两位保安、1位保洁给予了最无私的帮助，非常感谢他们给予了家人般的照顾。

房间的空调有问题，是中央空调，室内温度为25，温度没有办法降低，冬天都觉得热，房间太闷，不透气，被子太厚，太重，盖被子后动都动不了，睡了一觉起来，感觉浑身没劲
