网上预订两个房间，去了酒店看到房间与图片上不一致，就去找酒店前台，结果回复我让我自己联系携程，说与他们无关，前台经理和一个姓陈的女士态度傲慢，极其没礼貌，恶劣，最后携程处理了，晚上居然还有蟑螂在床上，还爬在人身上，真的很恶心，服务员来也只说了不好意思就收走了，因为太晚了，所以也就先睡了第二天找到酒店，前台经理自己一个工作人员给的解释是现在有蟑螂很正常，抱歉也就没其他的了，这个服务简直恶心，员工素质也垃圾，真心没素质！换成你们酒店自己人住，有蟑螂在床上身上爬你们住的下吗？垃圾酒店，垃圾员工！大家以后住这家酒店一定要谨慎，确实连一般酒店都不如，那么多好评感情都是刷出来得吧！
