订了两间商务房，明明已经确认订单了，到店后告知我只有一间了，按惯例肯定是免费给我升级，但是店家却让我降级，且价格只比我原来订的便宜10块钱，造成这种情况的原因是他们的工作人员的疏忽。交涉了20分钟终于另外一间降级的房间给我打了60元折扣。可是负责执行领导决定的服务员却不会算账，头脑转不过来，硬是跟我扯了一个小时才绕清楚，非常不愉快的一次入住。

入住体验很好，第二天退房气的吐血，两名服务员对待客人两种态度，退房时由于不确定是否回酒店，故退房卡和退还押金，要求暂不打扫房间，服务员可能觉得麻烦非常不耐烦，总之最后很生气搞得心情很差
