酒店是朋友推荐的，然后自己在网上预定的，就酒店本身的设施和环境而言还不错的，但是前台的服务水准还是需要提高的，一酒店不可以用信用卡作预授权（当然不清楚这种做法是不是仅针对网络订房），二酒店代订小火车票，再三询问酒店服务员老年人优待证是否有购票优惠，酒店告知无优惠，可是当我们自己去小火车站取票询问时得知老年人优待证是可以享受半价优惠的，服务员的不专业让此次旅行留下了一个败笔（如果服务员本身不太清楚的话完全可以电话咨询清楚再回复我的），希望酒店能够真诚待客不是只想着做一锤子买卖……

酒店不错，位置好设施也不错。只是艺龙总页面显示含早，等定完才发现无早。由于带着孩子只有自费吃，酒店早餐丰盛。
