虽然离古城有点远，不过交通还是方便的。过年期间房价也很实惠，房间干净卫生，设施也新，建议呢卫生间的淋浴头维护下啦。隔壁就有城南过桥园哦。

位置离建水主城区有2公里，停车方便，设施较新。国庆节好不容易定了两间豪华标准间，每间328元，估计平时价格100元左右为宜，但两间房大小不一，一间有电脑一间没有。房间在内围中间，通风稍差。不过总体还是推荐。

感觉很好，位置偏城边一点，但离古城就4、5分钟路程，装饰还是很豪华的,八成新，性价比相当高，值得一住。
