位置很好，建水市中心的临安路上，很热闹，吃饭也很方便，朱家花园也很近。

酒店位置很好在古城裏；櫃臺服務員態度很好；床乾淨(但是被套有一大塊破處).
缺點是如其他人所言沒有電梯，拿著行李上下不方便；房間小點所以行李箱沒處放...再如其他人所言浴巾沒有漂白，所以看起來不乾淨.
