房间干净整洁，卫生间超大，带浴缸，泡个热水澡非常舒服。免费早餐丰富，位置距古城、主景地非常近，步行即到，很方便。下次还选这个洒店。

作为一个游客来到临安，本来想开好点的酒店，想不到来到临安酒店，刚入房的时候，电脑不行，叫了工程部上来维修！退房的时候服务员一会说：台灯需要赔偿，台灯线断，我叫他们查清楚。叫了大堂经理上来查，台灯泡烂圈摆在台面上。我们住进来连台灯都没开过，何来台灯坏呢？更何况还有台灯烂圈呢？这个很明显就是服员查房时自己扭坏的！不想承担责任，诬陷客人！后来大堂经理查清楚了，完全与我无关！一个退房耽误了我半小时的行程，本来抱着好的心情来到建水旅游的
