出行不是特别的方便，而且吃饭啥的不是很方便，选择不多，商务出行非常好，但是旅行肯定就不行啦。但是街道什么的比旧城区要干净很多。酒店本身的环境非常好，服务也不错，卫生非常好。

酒店设施齐全，房间装修的不错。晚上回到宾馆，大厅长廊和一些灯都为了节约部分都关了。早餐菜品不少，可惜不好吃。可能服务员太少，我们二人吃完的时候，桌上早用完的碗碟都堆积的八九个也没有人清走。一名女领班和一名男服务员站在边上谈话十五分钟也没有提供应有的服务。胶州最好最贵的宾馆，服务质量要能提高上去的话，才能物有所值。

在胶州选择住这里也是因为没有其他更好的五星级酒店可以选择了，仅此一家，如果不住这里的话，剩下的只有连锁酒店了。酒店有游泳池和健身房，整体环境还算干净，但是酒店大堂给人一进门的感觉就是太小气了，空间很小，感觉也就四星级，房间也超级小，不仅给人感觉小而且给人感觉房间很狭窄。最后酒店的早餐也实在不怎么样，没有什么好吃的，逛了一圈盘子里也没夹什么吃的。
