位置不错，卫生可以，餐厅早餐不错。昨天下午入住，总台其中一个服务态度太差，首先我从艺龙订房是含双早，但那位散着头发的女士说看不到是否含早餐，我出示了手机订房信息也不行，说让我明早再来找明早值班的打早餐票。然后入住后，我同事问冰箱怎么用，因为有东西需要冷藏，总台回复直接说哎呦妈啊，不知道啥意思，问哎呦妈啊是啥意思，她直接挂了电话。维也纳沦落到用这种服务人员也是无语了，这是我住的服务最差的一家维也纳。实话点评。
