住了两天，一天半没有空调，晚上睡觉被冻死了，前台服务很一般，开始订房的时候，服务员都不说空调坏了，打电话要加床被子，说半天，一起的同事都生气了，半天才送过去。现金定的套房也不给开发票，说他们就不开发票。结账的时候因为空调的事情沟通半天开发票了，服务员就开始摔脸了，什么破旧店，还是经常开会合作的就这态度
