卫生:房间内沙发上面有烟灰，明显是打扫不细心。退房时候看到保安用擦毛巾擦拭大厅的饮水机，在擦地上的水，在擦饮水机！
服务:退房结账后要求开票，服务员说没有专票，只有普票，如果开专票需要提前申请，最快也要在下午或者明天才可以，如果等就开，要不就是普票。咨询是否可以邮寄？答可以。留好地址，开票信息后，准备离开时候，问邮寄是否收费，告知到付邮费，原因是我们可以给你开票，只是现在没有申请。在我强烈说明责任不在我，要求酒店开票付费邮寄的时候，酒店又说可以开票。最终酒店给开具专票。

从大众点评了解这个生机盎然的酒店，一个色彩斑斓很文艺很温馨的环境，特别是我很在乎的床，特舒服，拖鞋等生活用品也很干净实用，总之是一次印象深刻的入住体验。
