万方还没有水城的时候我就开始在那住，只要到焦作必住的，后来有水城，万方酒店改为精品酒店后，最吸引顾客的地方是可以下午六点退房，因此我还是一直去万方，结果这次入住两点我正休息，服务员催我退房，我说不是六点退吗？她说那给你延迟会吧，我说好。不到三点又打电话，我拿起来就是马上下去，结果服务员来了句“你三点没下来，我直接给你按半天算”??我都说了下，还那么横，什么态度
