酒店服务很好很热情，房间宽敞舒适，有观景露台，遗憾错过了看日落的时间。网速很给力。卫生间显得有点局促狭小，沐浴时水顺着门缝流得满卫生间都是水，提供的洗漱用品也就快捷酒店的标准，虽然不用但是还应该做到位。我们看了很多人点评中餐不错，但是有点失望，菜系很多菜品很少，特别推荐菜居然是手撕包菜，当地特色菜几乎是没有，就一个面条是河南特色，味道还行但是面太硬了。不过酒店总体来说还是满意的，如果再来还是住在这里，有很多可以提升的地方，比如说酒店配备电瓶车接送客人到景区乘车点，虽然距离也就几百米，但是对于暴走一天的人来说无疑是暖心的。房间可以提供云台山游玩攻略，地图什么的。早餐还算可以。
