首先酒店的服务特别好，让人觉得很情切，不是那么的官方，酒店的环境特别好，很用心，很多地方都放了绿色的植物，这一点对我个人来说，我特别喜欢，房间也很好，床特别软，还有就是房间里有一个榻榻米的茶几，很喜欢，坐在上面喝喝茶聊聊天，感觉很有古镇味道，特别推荐

在网上看了好几天最终选定了这家果然没有让我失望， 很满意， 到了西塘有师傅接送很方便还帮我买了折扣门票， 房间很有古镇特色很中国风，特别喜欢，房间干净还有送免费的依云矿泉水和欧舒丹的肥皂，配备都挺好的，前台小妹热情，离烟雨长廊就20米，睡觉地方又清净，不错的客栈。
