房间小了点，不过总的来说还可以，就是睡到半夜居然有人来刷房卡要进我们房间，吓死人了

先说服务：我们是晚上快12点到酒店的，在前台办理入住就窝了一肚子火。因一个同事身份证掉了，用的护照，前台就不给我们办理，说护照不能用，而且态度极差。后面好不容易办好入住，结果到房间，房卡又刷不开。再到前台找服务员，本来她再刷下卡，也是很容易的事，可是居然不帮我们刷，说我们不会用卡，结果让保安上来，也是开不了。后面保安用公卡开得门。再说环境：房间小到无所谓，毕竟价钱在那里，也不能要求太高，可是拖鞋居然还是7天的，质量差到，脚刚穿进去，就破掉了，厕所马桶没水，上完厕所内的冲。房间一股味道，开窗开了半晚上都还是有味道。
