服务态度很好，前台的姐姐很漂亮，老板很热情。我们起迟了，还免费给我们早饭吃！环境很好，很干净，离景区很近，只要走一分钟就可以了！！！来西塘玩的，推荐这家酒店哦！！！

住的房间不知道是不是设计有问题，上两张图片就明白了。房间就一扇窗，望出去就是二楼的走廊底部，所以心里有点憋屈。也就是你打开窗，飘进来的一定是走廊里人走的脚底灰尘。这间房是二楼最后一间，所以不建议入住的。酒店早餐很简单，如果办理延迟退房需要付费80元每3小时。哪怕是半小时也是这个价格。酒店的地理位置很好，在老的北门入口处，不是新北门，即卧龙桥出口20米左右。入住西塘这里闹钟取静，还是不错的！
