酒店服务很好。上海坐动车到桐乡火车站，出来后花五块钱坐的公交车就可以到桐乡汽车站。到那后打电话给酒店，会马上开车来接五分钟就到。带去酒店.去东栅和西栅酒店都会派车接送，这点很方便。走的时候还会送去乌镇汽车站。这点特别好！前台的服务和司机师傅都特别热情。推荐来乌镇的朋友可以选择这里附近一排都是旅馆，有很多吃的地方。如果好评店家还会送早餐卷哦

房间很干净，环境不错，老板和老板娘很热情，还赠送了早餐，离西栅很近，下次带家人来还住这里。

我买的是东西栅连票，到了乌镇已经下午2点钟了 老板人很好热心的提醒我们抓紧进景区，来接的我们又把我们送到了景区，之后把我们的行李先拿回了酒店！感觉很温暖！酒店环境文雅 干净 性价比很高！主要住着舒心，值得推荐给朋友！

很赞的一家店，给店里一打电话就派车到车站接我们，房间舒适干净，装修很别致，出行方便距离西栅南大门很近，老板很热情对我们的提问和资询一一作答，很满意的旅程。
