酒店离嘉善南站7公里的路程，打的只要15分钟非常方便，酒店的建筑古色古香，非常有古典韵味，订的套房，房间很大很宽敞，距离泡温泉的地方步行3分钟吧，很方便，云澜湾温泉非常不错，服务态度很好，温泉池该有的都有，像绿茶、红酒、牛奶，花汤等等，都能满足到，唯一觉得就是温度稍微低点，基本在37、38度，另外前台建议如果喜欢游泳和泡温泉的话可以直接订他们的别墅在房间里泡，准备下次去尝试一下，还有就是周围吃饭的地方比较少，而且不是饭点的时候基本都不营业，所以准备去的时候建议带点吃的东西，总体很好。

第一次来这里真的超出我的想象，听朋友说周末房间很难订，特地之前有打电话给景区总机咨询有没有房间，态度非常好，说最后一间可以在携程订到，于是马上就来订，之前温泉嘉兴的清池也有去过，不是很理想的体验，没想到来这里温泉池不仅多样，而且员工服务也超好！自助餐也比较可观，没有让我失望，在这里环境真的太好，离高速高铁都很近！下次一定要再来体验！

比传说中的云澜湾似乎小，也没有传说中和美，但酒店不错，中式风格的庭院，中式风格装修的房间，但停车实在不便

早餐非常不方便，要走很多路，去温泉处2楼才能吃饭。而且温泉里面没有直达电梯，要从温泉外面绕圈走楼梯。
