房间不错，很有古典的感觉。客栈里环境也很不错。卫生在古镇民宿里应该算很好的了吧，空调和热水也都很好没问题。房间里有小食。客栈可以代买票。周末的生意不错，房间一般会满。

酒店房间不错，空间大，设计有特色，喝茶聊天都不赖，服务态度很好，指导停车，来景区门口接，还送小零食、菊花茶，位置在景区里面，出门方便，闹中取静，正赶上旺季，白天晚上景区人都比较多，趁早上出门时兜一圈很惬意。

非常满意的一次出行，由于我们几家朋友不是统一到达景区的，热情的老板娘冒着高温来来回回接了我们几次。提前就帮我们几个成人买好了票（小孩子和老人是到了以后再买的），一到酒店，房间的空调就开好了，每个房间还送了一壶泡好的菊花茶。我们一共预定了三间房，其中一间房间还帮我们免费升级了。整个酒店布置得非常雅致，古风古韵，干净卫生，地理位置也很好，出了门就是景区的长廊，热闹喧嚣中独有一份清静。我们说出去吃饭，老板娘还特别细致地帮我们画地图推荐好的饭店。以后有机会来西塘，还会来这里的。
