房间很干净整洁，从杭州做高铁过来，老板专门打电话过来叮咛我们下高铁后怎么样坐车，坐什么车方便，到达车站后还派人开车接了我们，到客栈后又给了我们西塘古镇的地图，并告诉我们怎么样转起来方便，这对于从来没有来过这里又人生地不熟的我们来说，增添了很多温暖喏。。总之非常满意，给老板与那位接我们的小弟弟给个大大的赞吧。哈。

老板很好让他弟弟来车站接我们到酒店，走的时候也送到车站，真的很方便，还可以打折购买票，房间不是很大一家三口可以住，两张床，设施齐全。

首先老板热情，提前帮我们买好了门票，然后到停车场接的我们，帮我拿行李，退房的时候让我们把东西寄存在前台，走的时候送到停车场……老板人非常不错👍感谢！
