整体环境不错，交通便利，服务员态度很好。说几点不足：一是酒店地下停车场联通手机完全没有信号，酒店wifi也未覆盖；二是房门隔音不太好，走廊上走动说话都听得很清楚；三是床帷有多处污渍，应该是服务员清洁房间时没有发现

酒店就在东栅旁边，离西栅也就几分钟的车程，酒店装修很新，床品干净，马桶间和浴室分成两间，地下车库也很方便，酒店楼下有喜士多，星巴克，隔壁还有肯德基 ，真的很方便

地址位置很好，酒店干净整洁，服务人员很热情。如果不是非要住在景区里，选开元很合适。找个网红店，吃个早午饭，散步20分钟到西栅景区...

1.名宿位置非常优越，出门右转过桥，再左转直走到底就是景区。如果不想走，门口就有9路公交车，支付宝微信都能用付车费。
2.名宿设施完善。订了家庭房，带阳台。阳台非常宽敞，能欣赏到美丽的山景。房内基本的设施都有，额外的有脚的按摩仪和泡脚桶。
3.卫生状况良好。基本都干净整洁。但是阳台上晾衣架上有黑灰，还有洗手池设计太浅，一开龙头，水都溅出来。最后，当天用完的泡脚桶里的塑料袋，第二天也没换新的。
4.服务热情。前台服务非常周到，入住有送小礼物，讲解行程路线清晰耐心。
5.中式简单早餐。有水果，鸡蛋，包子馒头，粥，小菜，豆浆。18元一份，按套提供，不能自行挑选。吃饱绝对没有问题。
总体来说，是非常不错的体验。👍
