我不知道为什么他们酒店为什么说和同程没有交易，又要了我138元，那我不是付了双倍吗？态度极其恶劣，我只是想问这个怎么解决，那个经理就冲我嚷嚷！既然我的交易信息你们不知道，为什么我订房间的时候不说，到了早上还要从押金里扣钱，真恶心，他们还说没有一个人是通过同程跟他们交易的，那上面那么多评价是怎么回事？诈骗吗？

给老婆孩子选的酒店为了考试选的酒店位置很近但就是卫生不好床单有点脏晚上太累也懒得让换.
价格是便宜的 早餐也挺丰盛就是卫生要加强.
