我和男朋友都从事奢侈酒店，在此给一个客观的评价。首先前台的服务态度非常好，耐心的帮忙办理入住还给我们升级了房间。酒店设计很有品味，喜欢楼梯木质与金属感的结合。套房连带着户外露台，设施齐全隔音也很好。酒店离西塘景区北入口和星巴克都很近，完美解决出行和早餐问题。值得一提的是酒店可以接受小型宠物，人性化的服务真的让我们松了一口气。位于景区内又不处于喧闹地带，人少安静而且环境整洁。非常满意的一次体验。
缺点就是房间没有全身镜，电视网速有些慢，露台门开着之后可能会有蜘蛛进房间。不过个人认为这些都在可接受范围内，而且这家酒店性价比非常高，比起景区内别的精品酒店或者设计民宿都要安全干净而且让人感觉很放松。
