经理开车来汽车站接，酒店位于景区边上，门前是一片较宽的水面，站在房间阳台可见田园风光，旁边有星巴克、肯德基、DQ,，但走几步过桥就进入热闹的烟雨长廊，闹中取静、方便舒适。酒店人员服务好，沟通顺畅友好，大堂有咖啡机，房间略紧凑，设计时尚，洗手台、淋浴、马桶分区，全玻璃通透的结构有些不方便，床品干净舒适，酒店用品、设备品质较好，入住体验较满意房价略高，暑期也能理解的哈。

非常棒的一家酒店，就在景区里，却是很安静。要感谢一下这家店的服务员，因为入住当天是男朋友生日，故想拜托他们帮忙买蛋糕，接电话的服务员非常爽快的答应了，且全程都主动跟我沟通，蛋糕也非常漂亮。再说房间，从设施到床品都非常棒，还有网络电视可以看，很不错。以后如果有机会再去西塘，还会住这家的！

房间卫生一般有地方灰尘挺大，房间比较小桌椅有点脏，特别是卫生间的门设计一点也不好，而且洗澡间的门不能关严，洗完澡外边漏水一塌糊涂。
