酒店位置闹中取静，标间都在负一楼，确实很潮湿，门边甚至有点怪味，但睡床上闻不到。
硬件条件确实不错，床很软，卫生间很干净，淋浴盆浴都有，沐浴露什么的都是欧舒丹，保质期不那么新鲜。
下午到达时不到5点 工作人员居然让我们等到五点不要票再进镇 因为他们买票的地方关门了 那么热的天真叫人哭笑不得 后来几经坚持 才带我们进去 入住不久他们就帮着买好了票 为什么不直接买了大家免得不愉快 有点不懂

酒店位置好，服务好，就是有点小贵，希望门口的小河，赶紧修建好，这样，河景还是不错的，另外，建议309和310之间的隔断封闭起来，不要象现在用镂空隔断，两房之间的私密性太差。
下次來西塘，还是首选。

酒店很不错，老板还帮我们免费升了房。但是建议不要在艺龙定了，说了有送门票结果折腾了半天才搞好。

地理位置不错 ，离景区中心 非常近，酒吧街也很方便。酒店比较新，房间稍微小了点。还算比较满意
