现在是特殊时期，酒店会提前打电话提示客人注意事项及酒店情况，不过入住体验还是非常不错，防疫措施做的很到位，无论何时进出酒店都必须亮码测温，这点让人很放心，前台小陈服务热情，等朋友的时候因为喝不惯咖啡，便主动提供了一瓶矿泉水。房间朝向很满意，还提前备了酸奶，夏季的植物园景色让人心旷神怡，早晨和午后房间的视角很美，喝杯茶再好不过了......很期待酒店的自助餐可以快点开！

前台小鲁服务很周到，防疫措施做的很好，很安心。酒店这边早餐很丰盛，很满意。酒店入住还会送欢迎水果，小鲁还提醒我下午茶，酒店有零点餐厅，可以送到房间很满意，足不出户就可以吃到好吃的，还很安全不用出去。就可以吃到很多好吃的。酒店退房还有送伴手礼
