我看这家酒店应该改名叫维吵纳，晚上睡觉都听到前后隔壁房间的电视机的声音，而且不是一点点声音，是很清楚，竟然连隔壁房间人咳嗽的声音都听的到，还有走廊上不停的开门关门的声音。建议睡眠不好的同志还是别去为好。

酒店工作人员态度热情，服务专业，跟先前入住的情况完全不同，床铺干净整洁，设备齐备，位置优越，出门周边就是各类餐厅，距离购物区中港城只有5分钟不到的步行路程

第二次入住嘉兴维也纳酒店，酒店的硬件设施非常好，房间很新，也很大，周围比一年前热闹了很多，酒店的软件（管理水平）急需提高。我晚上8点多到，入住时给我405房间，开门后发现里面住着人，当时把我们双方都吓坏了，回前台给换到303房后，开门进入后发现房间是打扫干净了，但抽水马桶可没打扫，懒得再交涉了，自己打扫吧。

住的还是蛮舒服的，床也蛮大蛮舒服的，还是很不错的酒店，稍微偏了点，自己有车就没什么问题。
