入住后刷卡,居然刷第一次告诉我没刷出来,又让我重新刷卡. 给银行打电话,告知居然扣了2次费用, 让宾馆给退款,居然说要等他们经理过来, 饭也没吃,说好半小时到,结果等了一个多小时,太过分了!协商了半天,说要等第二天上午才能给退款. 第二天好不容易闹到了退款,搞的一天心情都不好. 非常的不满意.

3.6日入住，3.7日离店。艺龙短信说我没入住，短信回复了。等了好几天，订单状态还显示在处理，希望贵店工作人员工作认真些，频繁的这样出现，在我们公司早被辞退了。店内的卫生和早餐希望再加强些。

早餐品种少空调声音大，有时候还会来几个叫床的，他**半夜不睡觉使劲叫床，总体依据嘉兴的宾馆价格这个环境，这个价格有点稍高

早餐品种太少，空调声音大，隔音效果不好，隔壁叫床声音大的吵的，估计整个楼道都能听见，这种价格在嘉兴来说还可以。

全肉粽，没枣粽，早餐品种过少。网速再快点就好，最好能达1M/S以上。空调声音过大，影响睡眠，其它都可以。
