还是可以住住的。早餐中式的，花样挺多。外观差。内里装修还行。浴室感觉挺好的。周围就是南湖。可以考虑再次入住。

父母去住的，说房间很大很漂亮，很满意，早餐样式很多，很丰富。因为是老人，酒店服务很周到。非常感谢。距离周围景点也很近，在景点周边，去哪都很方便的。总之非常满意。非常感谢！

非常好！值得一提的是，我们入住七楼房间后，电视机坏了，孩子原本只是因为看不到动画片，自己第一次电话了总台，没想到就马上有服务员上来了，并且因为我们在洗澡因此就一直站在房门外等了五分钟，维修师傅也很快到位确认，并换了房间。 总之，服务非常好，房间我给八分，服务我给满分！ 还会再来！性价比很高！ 早饭如果能有人稍微管理下有些住客的不文明行为就更好了（有个身穿阿玛尼T恤的男人用手伸进餐盘，不停挑拣自助餐盘里的番薯芋头，素质太差！这个不能怪服务员，只能说高峰时候人手不够而部分住客的素质有待提高！

酒店楼层太低，进大厅就感觉比较压抑。之前住过富悦，所以就感觉不是太好。房间卫生还可以，马桶确实比较高级。早上的早餐很丰盛。但是柜子里的小冰箱插头没插，而且都发霉了。反正去嘉兴的话，不会再住那里了，还会选择富悦。
