在西塘众多家庭酒店中规模是大的。只是早晨服务员会来用磁卡开你的门，然后不慌不忙地告诉你：有人让他来开xx号房门，她开错了。酒店大堂有半价的景区门票出售。如果开车的话，酒店会开安排人到入口去接你。如果只是在西塘逛街的话，就不用买票了。

订了两间，其中一间，厕所门是坏的，马桶是漏水的，热水器也是坏的。真的中奖了。。。

到检票口电联后，老板笑咪咪地亲自来接，像回家一样，感觉很好。进店小妹带着我们选择房间，事无俱细，有问必答，这服务超赞，旅游多年这家最好。进入房间，布置干净典雅，物品一应俱全，网络流畅，是我想要的，值这个价。
