入住体验超棒！前台热情又耐心，cc入住时主动帮我升级了房间，看到我们同行有长者，主动送防滑拖鞋和借用适老化工具值得点赞。晚上值班经理小c非常热情，反覆对停车的困扰表示歉意，并送上了坚果，房间里衞生也很乾净，各方面细节太贴心，下次来还会选择这家酒店！

嘉兴戴梦得开元名都酒店，非常完美的酒店！环境一流，地段一流，出去哪里都方便，对面天主教堂和子城遗址。月河老街步行就1公里。南湖景区就2公里。前台的小姐姐，小哥哥服务态度好。特别夸一下早餐，在25楼的旋转餐厅，周边景色一览无余。旋转餐厅第一次见识！真的会动哦！早餐品种特别丰富，都很好吃！是我吃过的最好吃的酒店，性价比超级无敌高！还有欢迎水果，好喜欢！强烈推荐！

This hotel is very comparable to international brands and is value for money. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. There was a good view of the South Lake. The staff was friendly and responsive. They provided fruit every evening for the nightly turndown service. There was a special toiletry set for my children. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel is located right next to the tram stop making it convenient. Y

Modern hotel at a convenient location, easily found. Bed, bathroom, sofa were all good. Breakfast at the top floor in the rotating restaurant with views over Jiaxing. Wish there was a basic ironing board but they provided a steam device on request.
